Language Academia offers a variety of educational and related services designed to facilitate language learning and cultural immersion. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:
Private Tutoring: One-on-one language instruction tailored to the individual needs of the student, conducted either in-person or online.
Group Tutoring: Language classes conducted in small groups, fostering collaborative learning environments and peer interaction, available both in-person and online.
Courses for Sale: Pre-recorded and live courses covering various languages and cultural topics, available for purchase through our platform.
Amazon Affiliates: Participation in the Amazon Associates Program, where we recommend language learning resources and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through our affiliate links.
Event Organization: Planning and hosting events such as language workshops, cultural immersion experiences, and other educational gatherings aimed at enhancing language learning and cultural appreciation.
Other Educational Services: Additional services that support language acquisition and cultural understanding, which may include, but are not limited to, the development and distribution of learning materials, partnerships with other educational institutions, and various collaborative projects with third-party businesses and freelancers.
Payment Requirements: All tutoring hours, classes, and courses must be paid in full prior to scheduling (for private sessions) or prior to the commencement of the first class. Additionally, all courses must be purchased in full before gaining access to the course materials and resources.
Trial Classes: We offer a one-time trial class, which is a paid service. Payment for the trial class must be made in full before scheduling the private session.
Account Creation: To enroll in any of our services, including trial classes, hourly sessions, subscription services, group classes, or courses, students are required to create an account on languageacademia.com. This account will be used to manage enrollments, payments, and access to course materials.
By adhering to these enrollment and registration policies, students and other participants ensure a seamless and organized process, allowing for a focused and effective educational experience.

Group Classes:
Group classes are conducted according to a consistent schedule. While we strive to adhere to this schedule, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to tutor absences, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated promptly to the students. It is the student's responsibility to attend the scheduled classes and to arrange and pay for any parking if necessary.
Private Tutoring Sessions:
Minimum Duration: Private tutoring sessions have a minimum duration requirement. In-person sessions require a minimum of 1 hour per session, while online sessions require a minimum of 30 minutes per session.
Rescheduling: Private tutoring sessions may be rescheduled, provided that the student gives at least 24 hours' prior notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. If a tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make every effort to inform the student as soon as possible. However, Language Academia DBA Foxstone Group LLC is not liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred due to such cancellations or rescheduling by the tutor.

Service Flexibility: Students may apply the hours originally purchased for one type of service towards another type of service. However, the calculation and approval of such transfers are at the sole discretion of the company's manager, founder, or owner.

No Refund Policy: All payments made to Language Academia DBA Foxstone Group LLC are non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, including session packages, subscription plans, and courses.
Subscription Services Cancellation:
Minimum Commitment: Subscription services require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
Notice Period: To cancel subscription services, students must provide a 30-day notice prior to the desired cancellation date. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the continuation of the subscription, and the student will be billed for the subsequent billing cycle.

Supervision of Minors: For all in-person sessions, minors must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to ensure the safety and well-being of their child. Language Academia DBA Foxstone Group LLC is not responsible for the safety or well-being of minors on their way to, from, or during a class.
Respectful Behavior: All participants, including students, tutors, and staff, are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session or removal from the program without a refund.
Punctuality: Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Tutors will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, after which the session may be considered forfeited without a refund.
Environment: Students should ensure that their learning environment, whether in-person or online, is conducive to effective learning. This includes minimizing distractions and ensuring appropriate attire and behavior during sessions.
Academic Integrity: All students must adhere to principles of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of services.
Health and Safety: Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines as mandated by local and state authorities, including any COVID-19 related protocols. This may include wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and adhering to hygiene standards during in-person sessions.
Property Respect: All participants are expected to respect the property of others, including the facilities and materials provided by Language Academia. Any damage to property may result in financial liability for the responsible party.
Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. Personal information shared during sessions must be kept confidential and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.
Post-Service Tutoring Restriction: Under California Business and Professions Code Section 16600, students are prohibited from engaging in private tutoring sessions with any of our tutors, who were referred by Language Academia, for a period of five (5) years after the termination of our services. This restriction helps to protect our business interests and maintain the integrity of our services.
By adhering to this Code of Conduct, all participants contribute to a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring the best possible experience for everyone involved with Language Academia.
Third-Party Tools and Resources: Language Academia utilizes a variety of third-party tools, books, apps, programs, research papers, and other resources to enhance the learning experience. We do not claim ownership rights to these tools and resources. Unless we have a signed partnership or affiliation agreement, we do not benefit financially from using or recommending these third-party tools and resources.
Technology Requirements: For online learning, students are required to have access to a reliable internet connection, a compatible device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone), and any necessary software or applications specified for the course. It is the student's responsibility to ensure their technology meets these requirements.
Technical Support: While we strive to provide guidance and support for using third-party tools, Language Academia is not responsible for technical issues or malfunctions related to these tools. Students are encouraged to seek technical support directly from the providers of the third-party tools.
Privacy and Security: When using third-party tools and resources, students are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those third parties. Language Academia is not responsible for the data security practices of third-party providers. We encourage students to review the privacy policies of any third-party tools they use in conjunction with our courses.
Content Usage: All content provided by Language Academia, including proprietary course materials, is for educational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of these materials is prohibited. Online Conduct: Students participating in online learning are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner, similar to in-person sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct during online sessions will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

General Health and Safety: Language Academia DBA Foxstone Group LLC is committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all students, tutors, and staff. We adhere to local, state, and federal health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all participants.
COVID-19 Protocols: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented specific health and safety measures in accordance with public health guidelines. These measures may include, but are not limited to:

Students experiencing stress, anxiety, or other mental health issues are encouraged to seek support from appropriate resources. Language Academia Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided by Language Academia DBA Foxstone Group LLC, including but not limited to course materials, curriculum, logos, trademarks, and proprietary information, are the intellectual property of Language Academia. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Intellectual Property: Language Academia may utilize third-party tools, books, apps, programs, research papers, and other resources to enhance the educational experience. Dispute Resolution:
Initial Resolution: If any dispute arises between a student and Language Academia DBA Foxstone Group LLC, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good faith negotiations. This includes direct communication to discuss and address the issue before pursuing formal legal action.
Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations within 30 days, the parties agree to participate in mediation in a good faith effort to resolve the dispute. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third-party mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties. Each party will bear its own costs associated with the mediation.
Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, the parties agree to binding arbitration as the sole and exclusive remedy for resolution. Online Interpretation Services
Online interpretation services are available with a minimum booking of 30 minutes. These services are provided via secure video conferencing platforms to maintain privacy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
In-Person Interpretation Services
In-person interpretation services are available within the state of California and are subject to a minimum booking of 2 hours. All in-person services are conducted in accordance with local health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our interpreters and clients.
Service Scope and Requirements
Our interpretation services cover a wide range of medical and legal settings, including but not limited to, doctor’s appointments, court hearings, legal consultations, and hospital visits. All interpreters provided by Language Academia are certified and experienced in medical and legal terminology to ensure clear and accurate communication between parties.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for both online and in-person interpretation services must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

Students enrolled in courses at Language Academia are permitted to record audio and video of their classes strictly for personal, educational purposes. These recordings are intended to assist students in reviewing and reinforcing course content.
Usage Restrictions
Recorded materials must not be shared, transferred, or distributed to others in any form.
Recordings must not be uploaded, posted, or published online on any platform, including but not limited to social media, video-sharing websites, or public forums.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Students must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, including tutors and fellow students, by ensuring the recordings are solely for personal academic review.
Consequences of Misuse
Any violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment, and potential legal action for breach of privacy or intellectual property rights.
