As between you and Language Academia, you own your Member Content. We own the Language Academia Content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, our compilation of Member Content, computer code, products, software, aggregate Member review ratings, and all other elements and components of the Language Academia Platform excluding Member Content. As between you and Language Academia, we also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade name, and other intellectual property rights throughout the world associated with the Language Academia Content and the Language Academia Platform, which are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, trademark laws, and all other applicable intellectual and proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the Language Academia Platform and the Language Academia Content are retained by Language Academia.
