"Language Academia", "we", "us", or "our" means Language Academia LLC or Language Academia Ltd., with respect to Members that access and use of the Language Academia Service.
"Language Academia Content" means any content that Language Academia creates and makes available in connection with the Language Academia Platform, including proprietary Language Academia content and any content licensed or authorized for use by or through Language Academia from a third party, but excluding Member Content.
"Language Academia Product" means the Application(s) of "Language Academia", the Site "www.languageacademia.com" and any website operated by Language Academia LLC.
"Member Content" means all content, such as text, photos, audio, video, or other materials and information, that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, includes in their Member profile.
"Sites" means Language Academia’s websites, including but not limited to www.languageacademia.com and www.mintsandsavages.com.
"Student" means a Member that purchases Teacher Services and/or courses.
"Teacher" means a Member that offers and delivers Teacher Services.
"Teacher Services" means all services delivered by Teachers as described in the Teacher Policy, including but not limited to paid lessons, packages, groups, courses and other services rendered where Language Academia Credits (as defined in Payment Policy) are exchanged.
